SIMPLE STRAWBERRY PRESERVES|
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen
3 Tbsp. powdered fruit pectin
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Place strawberries in 3-quart casserole. Cook 2 minutes
(High). Stir in pectin. Cook 2 minutes (High) or until a few
bubbles surface. Gradually stir in sugar and lemon juice.
Cook 6 minutes (High), stirring 2 to 3 times. Do not use a
smaller dish, it may boil over.
