SIMPLE PEACH PRESERVES|
4 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. powdered fruit pectin
2 c. sugar
Place peaches and lemon juice in 3-quart casserole.
Cook 2 minutes (High). Stir in pectin. Cook 2 minutes (High)
or until a few bubbles surface. Gradually stir in sugar. Cook
6 minutes (High), stirring 2 or 3 times.
