(Yields 1 Cup)
1 c. fresh strawberries
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. salad oil

Combine clean and capped strawberries with water in
blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to
2-cup glass measure. Blend in cornstarch and honey. Microwave
2 to 3 minutes (High) or until mixture boils and thickens,
stirring once or twice. Stir in lemon juice and salad oil.
Cool. Serve with fresh fruits (melon balls, green grapes,
cherries, strawberries, peaches, etc.).
