STRAWBERRY BREAD 1 1/2 c. sifted flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. soda 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. frozen strawberries, thawed 2/3 c. vegetable oil 3/4 c. nuts Sift together dry ingredients. Combine eggs, straw- berries, vegetable oil and 1/2 cup nuts. Make well in center of dry ingredients and add liquid mixture. Stir enough to moisten dry ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top. Shield ends of loaf with 2-inch wide strips of foil, molding over handles and covering about 1-inch of batter. Cook at 70% power 8 to 9 minutes. Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes. Cook (High) 3 to 4 minutes. Remove foil after 2 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before removing from dish.
