1 cooking apple
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. margarine
Core apple, leaving blossom end intact. Peel a rim of
apple skin from top of apple to allow steam to escape. Fill
apple with brown sugar and margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Place in casserole and microwave (High), uncovered, for 2
minutes or until almost tender. Let stand to complete cooking.
