ACORN SQUASH (2 Servings) 1 acorn squash 1 apple, peeled and chopped 1 Tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 Tbsp. butter Cut squash in half lengthwise. Remove seeds. Combine apple, brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of mixture in each squash half. Dot with butter. Place in shallow dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook (High) 9 to 11 minutes or until tender.
