1 to 1 1/2 c. fresh broccoli
1/2 medium head cauliflower
2 medium zucchini
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 medium tomatoes, cut in
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Trim broccoli stalks and split into pieces 1/4-inch
thick. Arrange in circle on 12-inch glass plate, placing
stalks toward edge of dish and flowers toward center. Cut
cauliflower into even-size flowerets. Arrange at edge of plate
next to broccoli stalks. Slice zucchini 1/4-inch thick and
place in center of plate. Cover entire plate tightly with
plastic wrap.
Microwave (High) 9 to 11 minutes or until vegetables are
just about tender, rotating dish once. Let stand, covered, 2
minutes. Microwave butter, garlic salt and thyme 1/2 to 1
minute or until melted. Lift plastic wrap from side of plate
and drain off excess liquid. Remove plastic wrap. Arrange
tomato wedges at edge of dish. Drizzle butter over vegetables.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Microwave, uncovered, 1 to
1 1/2 minutes or until tomatoes are heated.
