1 lb. small fresh zucchini,
thinly sliced
1 c. celery, thinly sliced
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. basil
dash of garlic powder
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Combine zucchini and celery in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese, and pour over
vegetables. Cook, covered, 12 to 14 minutes on High or until
heated through. Sprinkle with cheese and cook, covered, 30
seconds to melt cheese.
