TANGY MUSTARD CAULIFLOWER|
1 medium head cauliflower
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Place cauliflower in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Add water.
Cook, covered, 8 to 9 minutes (High) or until tender. Combine
mayonnaise, mustard and onion. Spoon over cauliflower.
Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave, uncovered, 1 1/2 minutes or
until cheese melts.
