CORN IN SAVORY BUTTER SAUCE|
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. tarragon
dash of pepper
Combine all ingredients in 1-quart casserole. Cover.
Microwave (High) 6 to 7 minutes or until corn is tender and
sauce bubbly, stirring 2 or 3 times. (If doubling recipe, cook
11 to 12 minutes.)
