MACARONI AND CHEESE 2 Tbsp. margarine 2 Tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese 3 c. cooked macaroni Place margarine in 1-quart glass measure. Melt on Full Power, 45 to 60 seconds. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly. Microwave (High) 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes or until thickened, stirring 2 to 3 times. Stir in cheese until melted. Stir sauce into cooked macaroni in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Microwave (8) for 3 to 4 minutes or until bubbling.
