BEEF STEW

1 1/2 lb. stew meat
2 medium sliced carrots
2 medium sliced onions
4 medium cubed potatoes
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. red wine or water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. tapioca

In a 4 quart casserole, microwave meat on High 8 to 9
minutes. Layer vegetables. Mix other ingredients and pour
over vegetables to cover. Microwave Medium-low 90 minutes.
Don't lift lid...Don't stir...Don't peek!
