SPICY PORK STEW|
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 slices bacon, diced
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 bay leaves
2 lb. lean pork, cut into
1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) can tomatoes
2 cans chopped olives
Place all except tomatoes and olives in a large casse-
role. Form into a ring shape in dish, cover and microwave 30
minutes. Stir occasionally. Add tomatoes and olives. Stir
well. Cook uncovered 10 minutes more.
