grated Mozzarella cheese
Split muffins. Spread with butter. Top with spoonful
of taco sauce, sliced pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese. Sprin-
kle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Arrange
muffins on roasting rack in 12 x 8-inch glass dish. Microwave
High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per muffin (2 halves). Rotate dish 1/4
turn; microwave High 3/4 to 1 1/2 minutes.
