BEEF ROULADE

1 lb. cube steak
dill pickle, thinly sliced
2 pieces bacon, cut in half
salt and pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1/3 c. red wine
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. flour

Pound steak thin with mallet or saucer. Put 1 slice
dill pickle and 1 piece of bacon on each steak. Roll up and
attach with a toothpick. Heat browning skillet 4 minutes. Add
1/4 cup oil to skillet, heat 1 more minute. While skillet is
heating roll meat in flour. Add meat to skillet, after 45
seconds turn rolls over. Mix wine, tomato sauce, garlic and
salt and pepper. Pour over meat, cover and cook on high 5
minutes. Reduce power to Medium and cook 25 minutes or until
tender.
