1/3 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. orange juice
4 pears, cut in halves
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. orange marmalade
Mix 1/3 cup marmalade and the orange juice in 8 x 8 x
2-inch baking dish or round 8 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Arrange pears, cut sides down, in sauce. Cover tightly and
microwave on High until pears are almost tender when pierced
with fork, 4 to 6 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. Spoon into
bowls, refrigerate. Swirl sour cream and 1 tablespoon orange
marmalade; spoon over pears.
