PINA COLADA CAKE 1 box yellow cake mix 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 large Cool Whip 1 can coconut drained, crushed pineapple Follow directions on back of cake mix. Cook in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Do not use the whole cake mix in one dish only. Use about 3/4 of the mix. Cook on Simmer for about 9 minutes. Then cook on High for about 6 minutes. Punch holes in top of cake. Pour 1 can Eagle Brand milk over cake. Let cool.
