MICROWAVE FRENCH POTATO BAKE|
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
2 1/2 c. instant mashed potato
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can French fried
Microwave water, butter and salt in a covered 1 1/2
quart casserole for 5 to 6 minutes or until boiling. Stir in
milk and potato flakes; let stand for 2 minutes. Stir in sour
cream, egg and half the onions. Spread in casserole. Micro-
wave, covered, 5 to 6 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with
onions and microwave, uncovered, 1 to 2 minutes.
