MICROWAVE TACO CASSEROLE 1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans 2 c. corn chips 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Cook ground beef on High for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring after 1 1/2 minutes. Add seasoning mix, tomato sauce and refried beans, mixing well. Spread corn chips in bottom of casserole; pour meat mixture over chips. Cook on High for 4 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top; cook 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 4.
