2 (5 oz.) jars sharp Old
English cheese spread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. beer
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
4 strips bacon, microwaved
crisp and crumbled
In a 1 to 1 1/2 quart casserole, stir together cheeses,
beer, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce. Microwave on High
2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Stir in bacon and
serve. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
