1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. round steak, cut in thin
1/3 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 (4 oz.) can sliced
mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook butter and onions on full power for 2 minutes. Add
steak; cook for 3 minutes. Stir after 1 1/2 minutes or cook
until just a bit of pink color remains in meat. Stir well.
Add milk, cream cheese, parsley, sliced mushrooms, garlic salt
and pepper. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, or cook
until cheese melts and is piping hot. Serve with noodles or
rice. Serves 4.
