MICROWAVE CHICKEN BREASTS IN GARDEN SAUCE

4 chicken breasts
1 tomato, peeled and chopped
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. chives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Microwave chicken on High for 5 1/2 to 6 minutes per
pound or until tender. Remove chicken from dish; reserve
drippings. Add tomato, parsley, chives, salt, pepper and sour
cream to chicken drippings. Cook 2 minutes, stirring often.
Place chicken on serving platter; pour sour cream sauce over
chicken. Serves 4.
