CREAMY CABBAGE/MEAT SUPPER

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1 medium onion, chopped
shredded Swiss cheese of
paprika or croutons
4 oz. Kielbasa, diced or 1 c.
diced cooked ham
1 can condensed cream of
celery or chicken or
mushroom soup
1 soup can of water or milk

In 3 quart microwave-safe casserole, combine butter,
cabbage and onion; cover. Microwave on High for 8 to 10
minutes until cabbage and onion are tender, stirring occasion-
ally. Add meat. Stir in soup and water (or milk) until
smooth, cover. Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes until
heated through, stirring occasionally. Ladle into bowls,
sprinkle with cheese (paprika or croutons).
