1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can condensed cream of
mushroom, celery or chicken
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. cooked ham or turkey, cut
in strips
1/2 c. cooked, drained green
beans or peas

In 2 quart microwave-safe casserole, combine butter,
mushrooms and onion; cover. Microwave on High for 3 to 4
minutes until onion is tender, stirring once. Stir in soup,
milk and mustard until smooth. Stir in meat and vegetables;
cover. Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes until heated
through, stirring occasionally. Serve over accompaniment.
Accompaniment: Hot cooked noodles or baked patty
