SCALLOPED POTATOES 3 Tbsp. butter 3 Tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 c. milk 1/2 c. diced onion 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced In 3 quart casserole, combine all ingredients except potatoes. Cover, cook on Medium-High for 10 to 12 minutes, until thickened, stirring twice during cooking. Add potatoes to thickened sauce. Cover, cook on High for 17 to 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, stir once during cooking.
