PEAS WITH ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS

2 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen
peas
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

In glass casserole, melt butter, (1 1/2 minutes). Add
onion and mushrooms. Cook on High for 3 minutes or until
onions are transparent. Add frozen peas. Cover, cook on High
for 7 to 9 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Add salt and
pepper.
