TANGY MUSTARD CAULIFLOWER|
1 head cauliflower
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Place cauliflower in 1 quart casserole dish. Add water,
cover with plastic wrap or glass lid. Microwave on High for 8
to 9 minutes. Mix mayonnaise, onion and mustard. Spread over
top and side of cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave
on Roast or Medium-High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to heat sauce
and melt cheese. Makes a nice table decoration during meal.
