CHOW MEIN

2 c. diced, cooked meat
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 c. (1/2-inch diagonal
slices) celery
1 c. thinly sliced onion
1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts,
undrained
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 (5 oz.) cans water
chestnuts, sliced and
undrained
1 (7 oz.) can mushrooms,
undrained

Mix all ingredients in 3 quart casserole; cover. Cook
in microwave oven 10 minutes. Stir to blend; continue cooking
12 to 14 minutes. Stir thoroughly before serving over cooked
rice or chow mein noodles.
