1 1/4 c. uncooked macaroni
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese,
1/4 c. cracker crumbs

Cook macaroni. Put margarine in 4-cup glass measure.
Cook on High for 30 seconds. Stir in flour, salt,
Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper. Warm milk. Gradually
stir milk into flour mixture. Cook on High for 3 minutes.
Stir once during cooking. Stir. Cook on High for 1 minute.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese. Stir until melted.
Combine sauce and cooked macaroni in 1 1/2 quart glass dish.
Combine remaining cheese with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top
of casserole. Cook on Medium-high for 5 to 6 minutes. Let
stand covered 5 minutes.
