MICROWAVE MEATBALLS 1 lb. ground beef 1 c. dry bread crumbs 1 small onion, finely minced 2 tsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 lb. ground pork 1 c. milk 1 large egg, beaten 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. allspice Combine all ingredients; blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Arrange half of the meatballs in single layer on microwave roasting rack. Place in oven. Cook at 4 minutes on High. Remove meatballs from oven; place in chafing dish to keep warm. Arrange remaining meatballs on rack as directed. Cook on High for 4 minutes. Add to chafing dish. Use tooth- picks to spear meatballs. Makes 60 meatballs.
