CHEESE SAUCE

1-inch section Stick-Of-Sauce
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
dash of hot pepper sauce
(optional)

Place 1/2 cup water in a 2 cup measure. Microwave on
High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until boiling. Crumble sauce
and cheese into water; stir until smooth. Microwave on High
for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until boiling.
