QUICK HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

1-inch section of
Stick-of-Sauce
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad
dressing
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of red pepper

Place 1/2 cup water in a 2 cup measure. Microwave on
High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until boiling. Crumble sauce
into water; add mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper. Stir until
smooth. Microwave on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until
boiling.
