CREAMY HAM AND POTATO BAKE 2 c. diced cooked potatoes 2 c. cubed, cooked ham 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. half and half 1 tsp. dry mustard Combine dry ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on medium for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese just begins to melt. Stir occasional- ly. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving. Recipe yield: 4 to 6 servings.
