1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. half and half
1/4 lb. butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Blend sugar and cocoa in 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish (microwave
safe). Pour in milk and place butter pats on top. Cook 2
minutes on High. Remove. Stir just to blend. Add vanilla and
nuts. Stir to blend. Freeze 30 minutes or refrigerate 2
hours. This really does work.
