MEATLESS CHICKEN

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can diced green chiles
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 c. water
2 ripe tomatoes
1 pkg. corn chips
6 slices soyameat chicken
slices, diced (Worthington)
1 c. shredded mild Cheddar
cheese

In small batter bowl, place soup, chiles, onions and
water. Stir until blended. Peel tomatoes and slice thin. In
a 2 quart flat casserole, layer 1/2 of corn chips. Top with
some of the cubed chicken and tomato slices. Add soup mixture;
sprinkle with cheese. Repeat another layer. Microwave for 8
to 10 minutes, turning every 3 to 4 minutes. Cover with cheese
and bake for 2 more minutes. Serves 6.
