PUMPKIN PIE

1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
16 oz. pumpkin
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk

Mix together the pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, cloves,
ginger, allspice and nutmeg. Beat eggs and milk together.
Stir into the pumpkin mixture. Pour filling into pie shell.
Bake in microwave on on roast or slow-cook for 18 to 20 min-
utes, or until filling is set and knife inserted in the center
comes out clean.
