2 bunches broccoli, cut in
8 to 10 small onions
1 can cream of mushroom or
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Cook broccoli with 1 cup water in 2 quart casserole,
covered, for 10 to 11 minutes on High in microwave; drain.
Cook onions in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
Add cooked onions and soup to the broccoli. Top with cracker
crumbs. Cook for 7 minutes in microwave or until bubbly.
Sprinkle with cheese and cook on Medium or slow cook for 1 to
1 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 6 to 8.
