PEACHY CHICKEN-RICE SALAD

1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen rice
pilaf
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad
dressing
1 Tbsp. chopped onion or 1
tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 c. (1 lb. can) cubed,
drained sliced peaches
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

Place frozen pouch of rice in oven; Cook 3 minutes and
30 seconds or until thawed. Empty into serving bowl and cool.
Stir in mayonnaise, onion, curry, peaches and chicken. Chill
thoroughly. Just before serving, stir in celery and green
pepper. If desired, garnish with almonds.
