PEACH DESSERT SAUCE 1/4 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. peach nectar 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 3 Tbsp. peach-flavored brandy Total cooking time: 3 to 5 minutes. Combine sugar and cornstarch in 2 cup glass measure. Stir in peach nectar and lemon peel. Cook (Micro-High) 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is thick and clear, stirring once. Let stand 5 minutes. Blend in brandy. Cook another 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir through several times. Serve warm or chilled. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
