QUICK MICROWAVE FUDGE 1 lb. powdered sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. butter or margarine 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts Blend together powdered sugar and cocoa in 8 x 8 x2-inch dish or 9-inch glass pie plate. Pour in milk. Place butter on top. Heat in microwave on Full power for 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir well to mix ingredients. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until blended. Place in freezer for 20 minutes or in refrigerator for 1 hour to chill. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in airtight container.
