1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.)
chicken, cut up
1 (10 oz.) can condensed
tomato soup
1 (16 oz.) tomato paste
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces,
2 c. shredded Mozzarella

Remove skin from chicken pieces and arrange in lightly
greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish with meatiest pieces to outside of
dish. In bowl stir together soup, paste, onion salt, garlic
salt, oregano and mushrooms. Then generously spoon over
chicken. Microwave at High 20 to 22 minutes. Rotate dish half
turn after 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over chicken. Micro-
wave on High 2 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted. Let stand
5 minutes before serving.
