MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 slightly beaten egg 1 c. bread crumbs 2/3 c. milk 1 small chopped onion 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 1/2 oz. sliced mushrooms, if desired 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, if desired 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. catsup Mix everything together except catsup. Shape loaf in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf dish. Spread catsup over top, if desired. Cover and bake. Microwave on Medium-high at 70% for 22 to 24 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove, cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving. May be browned in microwave if desired for 5 to 6 minutes.
