MICRO CHICKEN CACCIATORE|
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut
into serving pieces
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
4 1/2 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic, finely
1/4 tsp. pepper
Set power on High. In baking dish, arrange chicken.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken. Heat
covered 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender, rearrang-
ing chicken once. Let stand covered 7 minutes. Serve, if
desired, over spaghetti or rice. Serves 4.
