MICROWAVE SWEDISH MEATBALLS 1 lb. ground beef 1 egg 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. ground allspice 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup milk, onion, parsley, salt, allspice and pepper. Shape into 1 1/4-inch meatballs (about 30) and arrange in oblong baking dish. Heat 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes on High power (level 9), rearranging meatballs once; push meatballs to side of dish. Blend soup and remaining milk; combine with meatballs. Heat covered 3 to 4 minutes on High power (level 9) until heated through. Serve over noodles or garnish with extra parsley. (Approximate cooking time: 11 minutes.) Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
