MICROWAVE PEANUT BRITTLE 1 c. granulated sugar 1/2 c. white Karo syrup 1 c. salted peanuts 1 tsp. oleo or butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda Stir together sugar and syrup and micro on High for 4 minutes. Stir again, then add salted peanuts. Micro another 4 minutes, then add butter and vanilla. Stir well and micro another 2 minutes. Then add baking soda. Stir until foamy and pour onto buttered cookie sheet. Cool and break.
