2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine
5 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

Set power at Medium. In 1 quart glass bowl, heat milk
and butter 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes or until milk is scalded;
quickly stir in eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
Meanwhile, in 3 quart casserole, arrange bread cubes;
sprinkle remaining sugar and cinnamon. Pour milk-egg mixture
over bread. Heat, covered, at Medium for 17 to 19 minutes or
until pudding is set. Serve warm or chilled.
