1 to 2 lb. turbot
lemon juice
lemon seasoning or dill weed
salt (optional)
Italian seasoning
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Wash fish and rub good with lemon juice. Lay in glass
baking dish and top with lemon seasoning (or dill weed), salt
(optional), Italian seasoning and tomato sauce. Microwave 2
minutes and turn, and 2 minutes more. Place sheet of cling
wrap over dish and poke holes in it to let steam escape.
Note: This can be made with sole or flounder fish also.
I leave out salt when cooking for heart patient.
