1 1/2 to 2 c. cut up cooked
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. brown gravy
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 c. frozen cut green beans,
1 c. hot water
2 1/2 c. mashed potatoes

Combine roast beef, onion, green beans, tomato paste,
gravy mix and water in 2 quart casserole. Cover and microwave
6 to 8 minutes on High or until mixture is bubbly. Spoon
mounds of mashed potatoes on top of dish or pipe with pastry
tube. Sprinkle with paprika. Microwave 4 to 6 minutes on "8"
or until potatoes are heated through and well set.
For ovens without solid state heat control, when heating
mashed potatoes, microwave 3 to 5 minutes on High.
Note: Any leftover vegetables or gravy can be added to
this dish.
