SPANISH RICE 1 (7 oz.) pkg. instant rice 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 Tbsp. onion flakes 2 Tbsp. chili powder 3/4 tsp. salt 1 3/4 c. water 1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings Combine all ingredients in 1 quart casserole. Cover and microwave 10 to 12 minutes on High or until water is absorbed. Fluff rice with fork.
