CHICKEN LIVERS SUPREME 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/4 c. butter 2 to 3 Tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. thyme cooked rice (optional) 1 small onion, chopped 1 lb. chicken livers, halved 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt In a 2 1/2 quart casserole combine mushrooms, onions and butter. Cover with lid. Cook on High 4 to 5 minutes or until tender; stir once. Cook at High 4 to 5 minutes or until tender; stir once. Stir in livers tossed with flour, salt, pepper and thyme. Cook at Medium 6 to 8 minutes or until livers are tender; stir twice. Serve, if desired, with rice.
